The Fire District’s Fire Marshal provides annual inspections of all businesses, restaurants, hotel/motel and condominium complexes. The Fire Marshal inspects for fire hazards in buildings, equipment and properties. This division plays an important role in the overall safety of our community.

Other duties required of the Fire Marshal include Plans Review (new construction and remodels), Liquid Petroleum Gas inspections and Pre Fire Plans of condominium complexes and commercial structures.

The Fire Marshal is also responsible for implementation of the District's fee schedule for inspection of the following:

Sprinkler System - Single Family	1% or $100.00 minimum

Automatic Extinguishing Systems	1% or $100.00 minimum
LPG Permits	1% or $100.00 minimum
Development Order - Site Plan	$100.00 per review
Auto Hood Suppression	1% or $100.00 minimum
Cooking Hood System	1% or $100.00 minimum
Temporary Tent Permits	$75.00
Fire Alarm Monitoring	$75.00
Tar Kettles, Welding and Cutting (Hot Work), Fuel Tanks	$75.00
Re - Inspections (per failed inspection)	$50.00
