The Fire District’s Fire Marshal provides annual inspections of all businesses, restaurants, hotel/motel and condominium complexes. The Fire Marshal inspects for fire hazards in buildings, equipment and properties. This division plays an important role in the overall safety of our community.

Other duties required of the Fire Marshal include Plans Review (new construction and remodels), Liquid Petroleum Gas inspections and Pre Fire Plans of condominium complexes and commercial structures.

The Fire Marshal is also responsible for implementation of the District's fee schedule for inspection of the following:

LPG Permits	3/4 of 1% or $75.00 minimum
Fire Mechanical Systems	3/4 of 1% or $50.00 minimum
Auto Hood Suppression - Plan review and Inspection	$7.00 per Linear Foot or $50.00 minimum
Cooking Hood System - Plan review and Inspection	$6.00 per Linear Foot or $50.00 minimum
Temporary Tent Permits	$25.00 minimum
